Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (Ryan, J.), rendered May 3, 2011, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

In February 2007, after pleading guilty to grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance outside of the original container, defendant was sentenced to 45 days in jail and five years of probation. In 2009, defendant admitted to violating her probation and it was thereafter modified to include the requirement that she successfully complete the Clinton County Drug Court…
