BORAH, Circuit Judge.

These are separate but companion cases and since they involve substantially similar facts and the same issues of law and come to us on one record they may conveniently be disposed of in one opinion. All of the petitioners herein have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court, under Section 19(b) of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 717r(b), to- review certain orders of the Federal Power Commission which petitioners seek to have set aside, vacated and nullified.
