OPINION AND JUDGMENT
DALTON, Chief Judge.
Mrs. Myrtle E. Lowe, the claimant, brings this action under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), for review of a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. It is the claimant’s contention that her daughter, Anna L. Lowe, is entitled to child’s insurance benefits under *669section 202(d) of the Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 402(d) (Cum.Supp.1969). In order for a dependent child to be entitled to child’s insurance benefits under section 202(d), it must be established that the child, prior to the age of eighteen,…
