John Pezl (“Plaintiff’) brings this purported class action alleging violations of the Fair and Accurate Transactions Act (“FACTA”) amendment to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), codified as 15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g), against Amore Mio, Inc., and Doe Defendants 1-10 (collectively “Defendants”). (R. 14, First Am. Compl.) Currently before the Court are Plaintiffs motion for class certification and Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
