This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the appellee against the appellant for the sum of $20,000 as compensation for personal injuries. The injury occurred in the railway yards at Shreveport, Da., on the night of August 24, 1927. The appellee was at the time employed by the appellant as a car inspector. The evidence shows that the railway, yards at Shreveport were divided into three sections, known as A, B, and C.
