The plaintiff, John L. Graham, seeks review of the decision of the Commissioner denying the plaintiffs claim for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The plaintiff filed a motion for order reversing the decision of the Commissioner and the defendant moved for an order affirming the decision of the Commissioner.
