MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ALISON J. NATHAN, District Judge:

On June 22, 2012, Plaintiff Juan Rolon commenced this action for review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”), denying his application for Social Security Disability (“SSD”) and Supplemental Security Insurance (“SSI”) benefits. Dkt. No. 2. The Defendant moves for a judgment on the pleadings, affirming the final decision that Plaintiff is not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1383 et seq.
