MEMORANDUM DECISION
NICHOL, Chief Judge.
This was an action to recover commissions allegedly owed -to the plaintiff as a-result of a -breach of the employment contract by- the- defendant. The case was tried to a> jury from June 20 to June 22 of 1977. At the conclusion of the three day trial the jury returned a verdict of $90,381.68 in favor of the plaintiff. Based on this verdict plaintiff petitions this court for an award of pre-judgment' interest.
