*51A grand jury of Fairfax county returned an indictment against the defendant, Perry Lee Compton, Jr., charging that he did, in the night, “enter, without breaking, a certain chicken house, the same being an outhouse belonging to Kirby Day, the said chicken house not then and there being a dwelling house (but then and there being an outhouse adjoining the dwelling house of the said Kirby Day),” with intent to steal, and that he stole four chickens therefrom of the value of $5.
