This is an employment dispute. Plaintiff Kathy A. Chapins brings claims against her former employer, Northwestern Community Services Board (“Northwestern”), of retaliation and age discrimination under the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3729, et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq., respectively.
