This suit was brought by the appellee, L. W. Wright, against the Galveston, Houston & Horthern Railway Company, the International & Great Northern Railway Company, and the appellant, Texas & Hew Orleans Railway Company, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by his wife, Johanna Wright, as a result of the alleged negligence of the three companies. There was a dismissal as to the International & Great Northern. After the evidence was in, appellee abandoned his claim against the Galveston, Houston & Horthern, and verdict and judgment was rendered against the…
