MEMORANDUM OPINION Last April, Plaintiff Genesis Capital, LLC provided Defendant Lauravin Luxury Apartments Homes, LLC an approximately $3 million mortgage on a multi-unit residential building. That apparently was a mistake. According to Plaintiff, Lauravin is now in default for failing to make the requisite monthly payments and for not properly maintaining the property.
