This bill in equity is brought to determine the rental to be paid under a lease entered into by the parties December 31, 1919, for a term of thirty years commencing January 1, 1920. Said lease contains a provision for a readjustment of the rental at intervals of ten years. In conformity with its terms, three appraisers were appointed to determine the annual rental for the ten year period beginning January 1,1930.
