The District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellow stone County, ordered the father to pay prospective child support, finding unconscionable a stipulation by which the father and mother had agreed the father would not be responsible for any child support. The father appeals and the children cross appeal. We affirm.

We restate the issues raised by the father as:
