MURPHY, District Judge.

This is a class action alleging violations of the federal and Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Acts (“RICO”). The case is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [25].

I. Background

Plaintiffs are current and former hourly employees of Defendant who claim that Defendant’s alleged employment and harboring of illegal aliens has depressed then-wages. (Comply 1.)
