This case is once again before this Court on a remittitur from the Court of Appeals. The sole issue now presented is whether the five-month time periods alleged in counts 1, 2, 18, 19, 22, and 23 of indictment No. 85-00738, as amplified by the People’s bill of particulars, were reasonably specific under the circumstances of this case to provide the defendant with adequate notice of the times when the crimes were alleged to have been committed.
