These five consolidated appeals arise out of Margaret Jones’s and Margaret Jones & Associates’s (collectively, “Jones”) claim for unpaid consulting fees in connection with her work for a team of three developers, Steve Brock, Carl Drury, and Noel Khalil, on a project to revitalize the former Perry Homes, a public housing facility managed by the Atlanta Housing Authority (“AHA”).
