This is an action to set aside a deed executed by the collector of Lawrence County upon the sale, for delinquent taxes, of two lots and part of another, on November 10, 1939. The trial court found for defendant and plaintiff appealed.
Plaintiff owned the lots before the sale. He relies upon three grounds to set aside the collector's deed, viz.: (1) That the description of the lots in the published list of delinquent lands was insufficient to support the sale and collector's deed; (2) that the lots were sold on a grossly inadequate bid; (3) that they were sold together and not separately; and…
