Certiorari to the Judges of the Springfield Court of Appeals bringing up the record in Coleman v. Fletcher, 167 S. W. (2d) 906, wherein a judgment of the circuit court of New Madrid county against the relator-defendant was affirmed on appeal, one of the respondent judges, David E. Blair, P. J., dissenting. Relator contends the opinion of the two other respondents contravenes controlling decisions of this court.
