1. There was no error in sustaining the demurrer to the plea in abatement. Instead of certain and distinct allegations of fact, it consists of conclusions of law. The indictment is regular, containing the formal indorsements showing it to be “a true bill,” under the signature of the foreman, and was presented, and filed in open court.
