This case is before the court upon Debt- or’s motion to determine whether the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 362(a) and 105(a) of the Bankruptcy Code may be extended to R & G Investments Corporation (“RGIC”), a duly dissolved subsidiary of R & G Financial Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “RGFC” or “Debtor”), in relation to certain arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) (Docket No. 27).
