Plaintiffs, Thomas and Linda Brady, appeal from an order of the circuit court of Kane County granting defendant Prairie Material Sales Inc.’s motion to dismiss with prejudice pursuant to section 2— 619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 110, par. 2 — 619). The trial court entered the required finding of “no just reason to delay enforcement or appeal,” and plaintiffs filed a timely notice of appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304 (107 Ill. 2d R 304).
