This was an action, brought by tbe appellee, against tbe appellant, tbe owner of a department store, for damages on account of personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by tbe appellee while she was a customer in said store.
Tbe issues were formed upon a complaint in two paragraphs, to each of which a general denial was filed. Tbe defendant (appellant) submitted certain interrogatories to be answered by the plaintiff (appellee) which under tbe order of tbe trial court were answered. These interrogatories and the answers thereto will be noticed later in this opinion.
