This is an appeal by Terry Blevins from an order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, denying Mr. Blevins’ motion for a new trial subsequent to his conviction for two counts of first degree murder and one count of first degree arson. Mr. Blevins received a sentence of two consecutive terms of life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murders, as well as a sentence of twenty years for the arson, to run consecutively.
