This action for sale free and clear of liens of certain property in which the debtors have an interest came on before the bankruptcy court for trial of its merits on October 20, 1986, whereupon plaintiff appeared by Roger Driskill, Esquire, his counsel, and the defendants appeared personally and by their counsel, Gary R.
