Ex Parte Hamilton v. Henderson

This is a proceeding in habeas corpus, wherein the petitioner, Mattie M. Hamilton, seeks to be discharged from the custody of the respondents, Mitchel J. Henderson and Mrs. J. B. Biederman.

The facts show that on May 7, 1936, petitioner was. adjudged to be a person of unsound mind by the Probate Court of Jackson county, over which the respondent, Mitchel J.
