BOWES, J.:
V.G. seeks expungement of charges to which he pleaded nolo contendere but mentally ill. We affirm the trial court’s refusal to expunge those charges.
The facts are straightforward. On September 12, 1986, Appellant entered a plea of nolo contendere but mentally ill to charges of burglary of an occupied structure, theft, and receiving stolen property. At approximately 3:00 a.m. on January 19, 1986, Appellant broke into an occupied house located in Bensalem, stole a set of car keys, and then a station wagon.
