Plaintiff Westinghouse Electric Corporation has moved to dismiss various counterclaims filed by seven defendants — Atlas Corporation, Anaconda Company, Kerr-McGee Corporation, Homestake Mining Company, Western Nuclear, Inc., Getty Oil Company, and Utah International, Inc. Westinghouse’s motions fall into three categories.
