Brinson sued the First American Bank of Georgia and Crowe & Mann, the law firm representing the bank, in a collection action and two garnishments thereon. He appeals from the grant of summary judgment to defendants and “dismissal” of his complaint (which we take instead as an award of final judgment to defendants) and from the denial of his motion for partial summary judgment.
