{¶ 1} In this accelerated appeal, appellant, Frank Grady, appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judgment and a motion in limine in favor of appellees Dr. Charles Kalinsky and Charles Kalinsky, D.D.S., Inc. (collectively, “Dr. Kalinsky”) and its denial of Grady’s motion for relief from judgment. Grady assigns the following errors for our review:
