OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael S. Arnold, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
{¶ 2} In 2005, appellant and Wendy Otto were married and living together with their two children — a four-year old girl and a five-year old boy. On the evening of December 7, 2005, all four fell asleep in their living room. Otto awoke to find that appellant and her daughter were no longer in the room.
