The material facts in this case of which the following is a summary are undisputed. On August 28, 1920, one Ivlenk, sold to Grainmen Printing Company, a corporation, on deferred payments, certain personal property then used, and to be used, in the operation of a printing plant at Courtenay. The sale was evidenced by a written contract. No reservation of title to the property sold was made.
