BARKER, District Judge.

Defendants Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, LLC, successor to Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc., (“Firestone”) and Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) (collectively “Defendants”) filed a motion to dismiss certain Mexican accident cases on grounds of forum non conveniens, and subsequently, a motion to amend their motion to dismiss in order to direct it to all of the cases listed in this caption.
