—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for employment discrimination, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Garry, J.), dated March 20, 2002, as denied that branch of their motion which was pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130.1-1 to impose a sanction upon the plaintiff and/or her attorney and for an award of costs, disbursements, and attorney’s fee incurred in connection with that branch of their motion which was to vacate a judgment entered pursuant to CPLR 5003-a.
