| Appellant: Brenda Henderson worked for Packers Sanitation Services, Inc. (PSSI), which had contracted to clean and sanitize equipment for appellee Tyson Foods, Inc. (Tyson). After Henderson was injured on the job, she filed a negligence suit against- Tyson. The Jefferson County Circuit Court dismissed her claim, awarding Tyson summary judgment.
