LUJAN, Chief Justice.
The defendant below and appellant before this court complains of a judgment incorporating a jury verdict in the amount of $13,500 against him. The action was brought as an automobile guest case in which plaintiff alleged her injuries were due to the heedlessness of the appellant, and his reckless disregard of her rights.
