Leticia Cordon-Garcia (“Petitioner”) petitions for review of a March 80, 1998, decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) denial of Petitioner’s application for asylum and withholding of deportation. Petitioner claims persecution on the basis of imputed political opinion and membership in a particular social group. Because Petitioner failed to present her “social group” argument to the BIA, this court is limited to considering only her “imputed political opinion” argument. See Farhoud v.
