WTIC-TV serves Hartford, Connecticut, as an Ultra High Frequency (“UHF”) television station operating on Channel 61. Arch Communications Corporation (“Arch”) holds WTIC-TV’s broadcast license. Until autumn of 1986, Arch was wholly owned by Arnold Chase.
