Ter Curiam:

This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator against Bradley A. Pistotnik, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas. Two formal disciplinary complaints, case No. B5344 and case No. B5357, were brought against Pistotnik based on a pattern of repeated criminal offenses and on his conduct in connection with a personal injury action.
