In a proceeding pursuant to CFLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Zoning Board of the Village of Southampton dated November 20, 2003, which, after a hearing, denied the petitioners’ application for a wetlands special permit and certain area variances, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), dated November 29, 2004, which confirmed the determination, denied the petition, and dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
