This is an action to recover on a policy of insurance issued December 2, 1920, on the life of Max Umans. Payments of premiums were"to be made on the first day of March, 1921, and the first day of every third month thereafter. Premiums were paid until December, 1922. On March 13, 1923, the insured made application for reinstatement. In this application he declared, “on behalf of myself and of every person who has or shall claim any inter*575est in or under the . . . policy,” that the answers to the questions in the application “all are, and I warrant them to be, full, complete and true.” It was…
