The bill of complaint in this cause was filed to set aside a special assessment for the construction and improvement of a certain highway known as road No. 4, situated in the county of Oakland, and, at the time of the filing of the bill, being constructed under the provisions of Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 1915 (1 Comp. Laws 1915, § 4671 et seq.), as amended by Act No. 310 of the Public Acts of 1915, and Act No. 125 of the Public Acts of 1917.
