Bradley, Justice.
We are asked to grant an injunction in this case to restrain the defendants from publishing certain circular letters which are alleged to be libelous and injurious to the patent-rights and business of the complainants, and from making or uttering libelous or slanderous statements, written or oral, of or concerning the business of the complainants, or concerning the validity of their letters patent, or of their title thereto, pending the trial and adjudication of the principal suit, which is brought to restrain the infringement of said patents.
