In this wage and hour case, before me for all purposes pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), nine food service workers assert claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. (FLSA), and New York Labor Law §§ 190 et seq. and 650 et seq. (NYLL), against the owners and operators of the restaurants where they were formerly employed.
