HEADNOTES ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT OF THE COURT, THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT DISPLAYED.] Relator was tried, convicted, and sentenced in the city court of Shreveport for violating Act 132 of 1922, relative to driving a motor vehicle "while in an intoxicated condition;" and also for violating City Ordinance No. 207, relative to driving a motor vehicle "while under the influence of liquor."
He then appealed to district court, where he was tried de novo and again convicted in both cases.
