This matter comes before the Court on Chaparral Steel Midlothian, L.P.’s (Midlot-hian) Petition for Order Confirming Arbitration Award (Case No. 03-2664 — Doc. 1) and B-S Steel of Kansas, Inc.’s (B-S Steel) Answer and Opposition to Confirm and Suggestions in Support of Vacating Arbitration Award (Case No. 01-2410— Doc. 291).
