Mary Etta Thompson and Jefferson Sharp, as administrators with the will annexed of the estate of Anthony M. Sharp, deceased, have appealed from a judgment in favor of the defendant, Claude Y. Flynn.
The action was instituted to establish the existence of a partnership between Anthony M. Sharp and Flynn and to compel an accounting, on the following facts: Anthony M. Sharp acquired certain lands in Broadwater county in the early days, and engaged in farming and livestock raising until the date of his death.
