Appeal from an order of the County Court of Montgomery County (Sise, J.), entered April 28, 1998, which, inter alia, affirmed a judgment of the City Court of the City of Amsterdam in favor of plaintiff.
This action arises out of plaintiffs purchase of a two-family residence in the City of Amsterdam, Montgomery County. In October 1988, plaintiff entered into a written contract to purchase the property from defendants for the sum of $58,000.
