This is a bill in equity brought by William. Binney against the trustees under the wills of Charlotte R. Goddard and Moses B. I, Goddard and also against Elizabeth A. Goddard, widow of Moses B. I. Goddard, and Caroline K. Everett as conservator and executrix. The- bill was filed May 20, 1918. Charlotte R.
