OPINION and ORDER

This is a civil action for monetary relief. Plaintiff Bankruptcy Estate of KDC, Inc. contends that defendants Harry Kraklow, Cynthia Handler, Donald Johnson, Jeffrey Covelli, Kenneth Banwart, Darren Mass- ner and Kim Myers violated the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68, and that these defendants, along with defendants First Products, Inc. and Country Maid, Inc. committed violations of Wisconsin common law and a host of Wisconsin statutes. Jurisdiction is present under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1334(b).
